Good tool, some small quirks

I purchased the Pro Subscription last month, mainly for the 3D Device Frames and the Social Media Graphics Creator. Ordering was straightforward, went through Stripe with no issues. Delivery, in terms of account activation, was immediate. I didn't need to contact support, so can't comment there. The quality of the graphics it produces is excellent, really makes screenshots pop for marketing materials. My only minor issue is sometimes the alignment tools can be a little finicky when trying to get pixel-perfect placement on very specific layouts, but it's manageable. Overall, it's a solid tool for anyone needing to upgrade their marketing visuals. It definitely made my Product Hunt Launch Graphics look more polished than before.

Decent tool for screenshots

I signed up for the Pro Subscription. It's good for quickly tidying up screenshots with the rounded corner tool. Delivery was instant. Quality is fine. No issues.

Quick and easy graphic maker

I bought the Lifetime License a while ago. This is my third time using BrandBird for a project, mainly for Twitter Post Designer and LinkedIn Image Tool. It's consistently reliable. My images always look clean and professional, just like the first time. No complaints about uptime or features. It just works, which is why I keep coming back.

Worth the investment

I got the Lifetime License during an early bird offer, which was a pretty sweet deal. I'd been looking for a tool to make my SaaS Product Screenshots look more professional for ages without spending a ton. The marketing image generator and background gradients are super useful. It was easy to sign up and get started right away. For the price I paid, it's definitely saved me time and made my visuals much better than I could do with just a basic editor. Felt like a good value purchase.
